The Town of Norwood Board of Trustees will have a public hearing on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 to consider approval of Ordinance 1113 Series 2019 regarding amendments to the Norwood Municipal code title 7, “Norwood Land Use Code” Section 2.00 “Definitions”, Section 5.05 “Landscaping and Screening”, and Section 5.06 “Signs”. The public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. at the Norwood Community Center, 1670 Naturita Street. On Monday, November 18, 2019, the Norwood Planning and Zoning Commission and the Town of Norwood Board of Trustees will both have public hearings to consider a Conditional Use pursuant to Land Use Code section 6.10, “Conditional Use Permits”, for the property described as: 1110 Lucerne Street, Lots 1 through 4, Block 2W, Copps Addition, Norwood, Colorado for the operation of a physical therapy clinic. The first hearing on the 18th, the P&Z, will start at 7:00 p.m. followed by the second hearing, the town, at 7:45 p.m. or shortly thereafter.
