Ordinance #241 states it is the duty of each and every property owner or occupant of any lot or tract of land in the Town of Norwood to keep all weeds and brush to a maximum height of 12 inches. Any property owner or occupant of property who violates the duties of Ordinance #241 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $300.00.
