PUBLIC HEARING – MONDAY JULY 18, 2011, June 21, 2011
The Norwood Planning and Zoning Commission will be holding a public hearing to consider a Preliminary Plat application per Norwood Land Use Code Section 6.05A, Small Scale Subdivisions, from Family Dollar Development of Norwood, LLC, to vacate interior lot lines on the parcel of land consisting of approximately 44,999 sq. ft., located at the intersection of Grand Avenue (Colorado Highway 145) and Mesa Street and owned by Thomas W. and Heather S. Hauser. The public hearing will be held on Monday, July 18, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at the Norwood Community Center, 1670 Naturita Street. A complete application has been filed with the Town Clerk for the public to view prior to the meeting.
The legal description for the land included in the application is Lots 13 through 24, inclusive, Block 2 East, Town of Norwood, according to the Plat recorded June 26, 1900 in Book 28, Page 17, also referred to as Nix Addition to the Town of Norwood.
